I had a single espresso and it was very good. It was far superior to Mikel's bitter offering a few doors down, but it was quite pricey at 2.60. In any case, it was not as good a coffee as from the marvellous Lever and Bloom stand just a bit further down the road by Byng Place. And the latter is 2.20 for a double espresso which means it is not only tastier but also better value.
Nothing special.... Another quick coffee stop. Taste not as good as other coffee beans.
Nice spot for coffee but no bathroom was a bit disappointing. I missed the breakfast menu so I ordered from their sandwiches on display and the guy gave me a different one then I ordered. He told me they were out afterwards so I got another one. Was okay. The place had a cool vibe
It's now owned and run by The Department of Coffee and Social affairs and as usual the coffee is fantastic.
Overpriced, average quality. Staff not friendly (they just do their job without enthusiasm, don’t expect them to smile or wish you a good day - barista will not even bother to shape the foam on your latte, it’s like Starbucks now!) Go spend your money elsewhere.
