Excellent free view of London! Book your free reservation online for an hour on the observation deck. Plenty of seating room, including the window sills! Very busy/crowded space but a pleasant atmosphere. The view of London is amazing, and the observation deck itself is pretty with lots of plants! There is are bars and a cafe if you would like to get a drink or something small to eat.

There was a line to get in with about 50 people ahead of me but it went quickly. You need to go through a metal detector. Once you take the elevator up you can hang out on several different levels. The views from all directions are wonderful on a sunny day. They have a few bars and restaurants that are accommodating. The line for the toilets can queue long, but the line for the elevator down is usually short. Great place to visit for lunch.

It was Awesome, Awesome and super lovely experience. Very polite Staff right from the doorsteps to all the way up at the restaurants & bar. The queue up time is next to none. Super 360 view of London give you a chance to take amazing pics from the top with so many London Attractions in the view. Nice garden. Nice restaurants. food and drinks are reasonable price considering you are in the heart of London. well worth for the family, kids friendly. definitely a Yes if you are in London.

We visited as part of a restaurant visit and enjoyed taking photos from the viewing gallery. There was a fabulous buzz about the place, it wasn't overcrowded and there were stewards to make sure that everything was safe and secure. You can take photos from every side of the building and from three sides from the outdoor terrace. A great opportunity to see parts of the city you can never normally see - rooftops, roof gardens, helicopters not too far in the distance. A very entertaining way to spend half an hour taking photos.

Went for breakfast, it's cafe collection style, but there is also a table serving restaurant. There is airport style security on arrival which is fine. Staff are helpful and friendly throughout. You can book, but not necessary for the cafe if you arrive early as a number of tables are unreserved or you can sit in the gardens. Food and drink is very good but you are paying for location
