Nice litle station

Ticket office is often closed. It was closed one weekday morning at 10am when everyone was trying to get a ticket out of town and only one machine was working. What made it worse was the rain which decreased the touchscreens sensitivity so it look longer to get my ticket hence delaying the people behind me getting their tickets.

Staff are rude and have the most horredious attitude when I showed a ticket she snatched it out my hand like she was a child and I was dangling a sweet in front of her face she then glared at me so I said that I wanted to keep it as I like to put where I travel in my memory box she then decided to rip it so I couldn't use it I commented on her attitude and she said she dose not have attitude it's her job

Part of the car park at the station is privately owned and has no ticket machines, you can only call up to pay. I could not as I'm deaf, therefore I'm stung with 2 parking charge notices. Appealing now.

Great selection of different coaches and coach and bus companies to look at and ride on bank holidays and strike days. 😊
