40 min wait for a very simple lunch order when they were not busy... staff have clearly had zero training and have no clue what they are doing. This is actually what one of them said when asked how long our order would be.

Great place to visit. Amazing butcher, great food......but OMG, its like watching paint dry stood in the cafe queue. Other than that, one of the best gardens centres for miles.

They run a very slick operation here. Despite being the busy lunch period the food came out quickly and was delicious. The table tracker meant you don't have to remember your table number. Kids also eat free with every adult meal so it was pretty good value. Staff were friendly and very hard working.

We love coming here, privilege club is very good. Big selection of plants. We often stay for breakfast or lunch and the food is usually very good but recently everything I order seems to have basil oil on it. Even the ham egg and chips!

Came in for lunch but they don't start serving lunch menu until 12. Queued for ten minutes at 12 only to be told that they weren't taking lunch orders until 12:30. So queued again from 12:25 and was in the queue for 20 mins before getting served. The two till staff having to make everyones hot drinks meant the queue was going at a snails pace. We've been here several times before and the food is tasty and good value for money but on this occasion the service was seriously sub par
