Absolutely rude staff was scheduled for an appointment for 5pm turned up 3 minutes past and was turned away. Called later to reschedule for another day the and the person on the phone hangs up. Ridiculous service and place

Nathawan Thai Spa is the only place I go for my massage. After my preganacy, my first massage was with this spa. I felt relief from all my aches and pains in my post pregnancy body. I find all the ladies are good. I have tried Kate couple of times and found her to be fantastic. All the therapists listen to your concerns very well and have designed their massage techniques accordingly. Thank you for all the amazing massages. Highly recommended and well priced Thai Spa!!

I’ve chosen this SPA for the numerous good reviews hoping for the best and I couldn’t have made a better choice. As I went in the receptionist Noe greeted me nicely offering slippers and tea, she kindly explained to me all the different massage styles and we decided for the half an hour neck and shoulder. Then a very skilled therapist, Yi I think her name was, accompanied me in the room explaining the massage and what my preferences where. During the massage she was very caring checking if I was comfortable with the massage pressure and adjusting the massage as my body required; so I ended up having also my foot, back, chest and back treated. I could really feel she knew what was doing. After the massage I’ve been offered again tea and water in the reception. What a treat! It felt like luxury experience for just 27£. I will definitely be back and recommend this Spa to everyone!
