It would be a great station, if it weren’t for the rude, unhelpful, monosyllabic callous staff. The ticket machines are better help than they are.
I would like to say a huge thank you to Chris who helped me sort my ticket drama out so efficiently and pleasantly today. After my anxiety inducing experience with staff at Tring station he and all the other staff at MK were a breathe of fresh air. So thank you sincerely
Platform staff are rude and talk down to customers. On many occasions I have seen them talk to PAYING customers like dogs. Disgraceful.
Maximum trying to maintain for excellent standard good customer service
Unbelievably awful customer service from the Duty Station Manager on 06 08 19. 'It's not my problem' attitude - when clearly the 'problem' was not of my making. Not interested. Couldn't care less. Take it up with xxx. She needs further training. The customer is not always right but the customer is still the customer.
