Booked to go here for an afternoon tea on a Sunday a few weeks back. The eclairs were amazing and didn’t disappoint. The decor was stunning and loved the flower walls. Unfortunately, the customer service was extremely lacking. When we arrived I advised we had a booking and one of the three staff who were standing there just pointed to the back of the shop, without saying anything else. All three of them didn’t move from their spot and carried on their conversation. We sat down at the back to look through the menu. After about twenty minutes we assumed we had to go up to the counter to order (we hadn’t had any direction or interaction from the staff who were still busy chatting). When we did go up to order it was almost as though we were inconveniencing the staff by interrupting them. Any interaction we did have with the staff wasn’t overly friendly and given that it was just us and the staff in the shop, we felt rather uncomfortable and left rather quickly after finishing our food. A shame that somewhere which is so visually appealing and with such good food can be let down by lazy, uninterested staff.

The place is really lovely and comfortable! I love all the roses details all around the shop. It feels so luxurious! And the staff was absolutely lovely too. Of course I also love the éclairs and the Choux. They are the best I've ever tried! I will definitely come back later!

I stumbled upon this little dream while walking down Kings Road in Chelsea. Excellent customer service from the gent up front and an absolutely beautiful space. I was taken aback by the quality of the coffee! Great shop and very reasonably priced goodies. Can’t emphasize the five-star service. Thanks so much!

Not professional at all! I have booked online for the afternoon tea, when we arrived they told me that reservation is not there( her manager had to print them online confirmation) and told they cannot host us, after showing her my confirmation e-mail a table was free at the moment and arranged us 4 seats. At least she could have contacted her “manager” to deal in a professional manners. Though food is good.

Poor customer service.It was Sunday evening and empty, I ordered a tea and a tiny choux to eat in which totalled 9 pounds. Next I had to look for a table to sit at and place my laptop on, but all except one was dirty and had not been wiped down and remained so for the two hours until closing in which the two staff were busy chatting with each other. At 7:30, 30 minutes before closing the lights in the section I was sitting at went out. I kindly requested them to turn back on but was met with a cold nonsensical response, along the lines that they needed to off the light since they were going to tidy up before closing, I quizzically repeated back their response and then the lights were turned back on to be turned off again a few minutes later. Their main product: choux is not impressive neither in presentation or taste although it is edible the size is extra small even though they charge a high price for it. Their teas are good but not exactly value for money and I won't be back as most importantly their service is less than 1/5.
