My daughter wanted to visit here. Picturesque cafe but pricey Had the smallest cafe latte ever and then paid £6 for a small piece of toasted sour dough with some thinly spread avocado and purple cress!! Reviewed the pictures on the cafe's website which show same dish but with 2 pieces of toast......we agreed nice place but probably won't visit again....which is a shame As we always try and support independent businesses
I love the food and the service!! Can get a bit busy at times so it can be hard to find a table. But the coffee is so nice and creamy. Definitely recommend the soup
Quite simply in the top three coffee providers I've experienced in the UK. Fantastic espresso, americano or cappuccino. Can't wait to taste others. Normally quite busy during the day. Best get there for your early morning fix. Yum.
The best tea and vegan brownies ever! So many great choices of cake here and the service is so welcoming. A charming café with sloping floors and the original staircase.
Absolutely brilliant place! The staff are friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere is relaxed. The coffee is great, and the breakfast is even better! Definitely worth a visit while in Chester!
