Queued for 50 minutes to check in then had to wait further 15 minutes by the desk as caravan wasn't ready. When I finally got the key and went to the caravan I was disgusted it was stinking!!!! It was covered in dirt and dust, last occupiers dirty socks and underwear under the bed, the shower was dirty and plug hole full of hair and the whole room stink of urine. Its hadn't been hovered or moped and the sofa and sofa cushions were really grubby and hairs everywhere. Went to complain and they sent cleaners over ( was offered caravan on different site but that was not what I wanted as I had booked kiln park for its location ) who did a fab job wish I had written their names down as they saved my holiday because at this point my daughter just wanted to go home. I finally got around to unpacking my suitcases at 6 o'clock when my check in was at 3.i booked the deluxe newer model thinking it would be in better condition. I did ring the park beforehand to ask that they do a good clean and Hoover well as I suffer from allergies and they assured me they would.... what a joke that turned out to be. Quite a nice park other than that. The entertainment was basically the same every night people singing, they need more variety. Also had food in harbour light and after over an hour wait out it comes and you could knock someone out with the garlic bread it's that hard and burnt. We ask for new garlic bread and out they come with some that had been microwaved so it was chewy and hard at the same time and I didn't even know that was possible. Tenby was the saving grace it was beautiful and would definitely go back there but just not to kiln park too many bad points for me.

Lovely caravans and facilities. The arcade is AMAZING- the best I have ever seen! Swimming pool is very child friendly. No hot tub or sauna/steam room which was a bit dissapointing.

Great weekend in kiln park. Weather was lovely and access to the beach was easy. Good facilities on site and the mobile was clean and well equipped. Very large park. Tenby is within walking distance and is a lovely town well worth a visit

Really good park with excellent, clean facilities. The indoor pool was great, changing rooms the best heated swimming pool changing rooms I've ever been in! So nice to get out and not freeze. Direct beach walk was abit long with a pram, but beach was nice once we were there.
