Goatfell, Isle of Arran KA27 8FD, UK
Awesome place, weather was great. A reasonably challenging climb and such beautiful scenery and views. A few midges at the top and on the way but nothing too bad.
Easy to access start of walk. Good path. Very busy with tourists. Excellent views from the top!
Really great climb, we managed it in 3 hours up and down but would definitely take longer for less fit for walkers, great path from brodick brewery and castle, parking available, lovely views at the top with a burn mid way up the hill for water bottles.
The highest point on Arran which, dependant on the weather, presents marvellous views that make the effort of the steep ascent worthwhile.
Amazing place for trekking! The view from the top is breathtaking.
