Second busiest station in Scotland with constant growth in passenger numbers. Many services now electric making it much more pleasant with fewer exhaust emissions. Reasonable retail offer and liked by escalator to the adjacent Waverley Mall.

5 star station. Has platforms AND trains. I'm from the West Midlands originally and they have platforms there, but never any trains. The electronic board thingies says they're just late, but they never show up. You can imagine my surprise when I came to Waverley and all the trains were on time. Unbelievable.

It is really like an airport.. Keep eye on the screens, and if you have any connected trains make sure they are not cancelled. Because it happens. 🤨

Edinburgh waverly is certainly the busy station. Signage is good and staff are happy and friendly. They helped me with navigating my way back home!

Great, easy ticketing and access to train. Nice and clean station with plenty of places to rest, eat, and drink. Staff were pleasant.
