Was at the car rental to pick up multiple cars but ended up taking one big van for our entire group. The location was easy to find and had plenty of parking space. Visited Budget car rental and the customer service is good. I would recommend this place for car rental services if someone is in Edinburgh.

Though the cue was long at pick up, it moved quickly! Staff was friendly and helpful. Turn experience was very unpleasant! We were charged for a nick in the tire that was there when we picked the car up and were told that because it was smaller than the little plaquer they use not to worry. The car had 35,000 on it of course it would have tire wear! Take photos of Everything! I question Enterprises ethics!!!

Very helpful and professional staff. My friend from Italy and his wife rented a car for their Highlands trip, the lady at the desk was Italian herself so all paperwork was perfectly and timely completed. We had no problems when we returned the car either, so it was a 10/10 experience.
