For a place like Content, customer service can really make a difference. I was at the shop last night and there was one sales advisor who was seeing to a customer, after she had finished helping them, I asked for her advise and she was really helpful with the make-up. The other sales advisor just stood at the counter like a lemon. Not asking me or another customer if we needed help.

The shop and people are very nice I’ll go back when I visit London again. However, I had uncomfortable experience for my first visit. My expectation was very high because I had my shopping plan in my mind. This is the only shop that I can buy the products in London. Unfortunately most of them were out of stock. The young lady was helpful, but she tried to introduce other brand to me. Later I found out it was because the products I asked were mostly out of stock. I will enjoy my shopping next time. Thanks.

Bought myself an Organic Basics' bra here, same price the original brand sells it for and I was very happy to be able to try it on first. One of the girls, very nice and knowledgeable, helped me with choosing a natural contour for my skin tone and she made me feel super good! The store is awkwardly quiet and it only has one dressing room though...

Was a loyal customer. However, returned an item as the list of ingredient was wrongly written online and this was agreed by the store, however, I still haven’t been refunded and have chased it up but no one bothers to reply!

The store is packed full of organic beauty products. You will find anything and everything here. The staff is knowledgable, friendly and very helpful. These products are not cheap though so I recommend doing some research before going in because it can be overwhelming! However, the result is worth it.
