Beautiful public park and gardens easily accessible for a lovely walk to explore "Nature in the City"! While here, stop off for a visit at the Ulster Museum, the Victorian Palm House and the Tropical Ravine. Or just bring a picnic blanket and picnic and relax in the sun soaking up the atmosphere!

Nice tranquil place. Rose garden excellent (in season) and wild flower areas so beautiful. Glass house and tropical ravine both really good. All free!

Very peaceful, even though it's close to the Queen's University. Wonderful plantings and the Palm House will reward any visit. Close by is the splendid Ulster Museum, also worth visiting.

Lovely escape to nature in a busy part of the city. Museum and Botanical Garden complex included. A stone's throw from the river walk. What more could you ask for...

Free. Well maintained, strikingly beautiful flower beds, specimen trees, open areas - plus the glass houses and fernery if you need a quick warm up and dry. Popular with locals and tourists. Grab a coffee and cake in the adjacent [free, excellent] Ulster museum.
