I have been coming here for a year just because I enjoy the classes. The whole studio is modern and for the price, you’d expect it to be really premium, however, a lot of the staff (not all as some are really helpful and lovely) working reception are rude and just generally uninterested. The ladies facilities are also awful. Tiny space, the showers leak everywhere, the toilet is necglected and dirty. Do not walk around with shoes. The wet floor is a health hazard, and there’s only one toilet... meaning a constant que. such a shame. For the price you pay you’d expect more. Luckily the instructors are great.

My experience here was all positive! I only did the yoga classes. Very clean and modern facilities, probably the best in London! Amazing equipment. Teachers were brilliant and supportive and encouraging. Lockers are hard to use, but you get used to them. I love this place! Shame it’s so expensive!

Didn't have the most positive experience - I did the 14 day trial. Had a query on the day of my booked in session so rang up and left a message with my number asking them to get back in touch, but nothing. I also turned up within the strict 5 minute 'late' leeway time, only to be told as I was about to walk in that I was then refused entry. Not the best start to a first class when you're going to your first fitness class after having your baby, and have looked forward to it the whole day. When I finally got to a boxing class, there wasn't even a hello from the receptionist, just a telling off for bringing my bike into reception. The boxing class itself was good - the instructor was great. However, with approximately 25 people in the class, there wasn't any opportunity really for any individual advice. This place looks good but it doesn't quite make up for it's steely, unwelcoming customer service.

I was a regular here for a while. The trainers are good fun and the main boxing space is great but the pricing is so high and keeps going up, the staff behind reception (apart from one really nice person) are often pretty rude (which considering the money people spend is a joke) they film lots there so will cancel entire days of classes and not give customers anything back, I've had trainers stolen there but my worst gripe is when you buy a block of classes (say 10 classes) they won't roll those over after a month regardless of your situation. I had a bereavement last year which meant I was away for weeks. I told Blok and they refused to roll my classes over. In the end I got two classes back (meaning I'd paid for about five classes I never got). Then a few days later got an email saying prices are going up. I haven't gone back since, the little they seem to care for their customers is upsetting.

You really get a good sweat on, in the classes. However classes are over crowded and changing rooms very small. Far from ideal
