This was a good experience. My party consisted of five people and the restaurant was almost at capacity, both upstairs and downstairs. The staff were attentive and did a great job despite the restaurant being so busy. I was expecting delays or mistakes in our order but the staff excelled; not one mistake and the food and drinks arrived in a timely manner. I couldn't decide on what to have so I had it all: "The Taste-O-Rama". It consists of Pit-Smoked BBQ Chicken, Dry-Rubbed, St Louis Pork Ribs & Carolina Pulled Pork. For an extra £2 you can add the Texas Brisket or Texas Hot Links Sausage, I added the brisket as I hadn't eaten all day in anticipation of this meal. I was not disappointed the meat had a great smoky taste and each meat has unique flavours. I had to give away a piece of my chicken as I'd reached capacity; perhaps the addition of the "Texas Brisket" was a little too greedy of me. Later on in the evening, country music was piped through the restaurant. It was already difficult to have a conversation due to the ambient noise of the other diners, now it was almost impossible to have a conversation with my dinner guests; fortunately we had already finished eating and decided to find somewhere else for a quiet drink. If you plan to dine here: Wear your stretchy pants!

Booking is mandatory at big easy ! Very good ambiance, a little bit noisy but very well decorated. Great choice of bourbons and whisky. The menu is centered around meat and lobster, don't go in for anything else. Be prepared to eat a lot, but everything is tasty, cooked as it should be and smoked daily.

Food is fantastic. The best ones are the beef brisket and link sausages. Pulled pork is a bit sweet and sticky for my liking. One gripe is there is no spoon to scoop up the delicious sauce in the Crab Shack Combo, no bowl for the discarded mussel shells, and no water bowl for washing your hands (or at least hand wipes). Granted, you can ask for them probably, but surely for the 12.5% service charge, you'd have thought they should have provided them without you having to ask for them.

One of my favourite spots in the entire city. The high quality food has outstanding flavour and the portions are massive. An absolute must for meat/BBQ/American style food lovers. Cant wait to go back.

Great food, and great service. As a party of three, each of us enjoyed our respective meals and were very complimentary of the restaurant. The menu has a great variety of food and drinks options. The restaurant itself is always mobbed, which I take to be a good sign when looking for a place to eat. I will definitely be back, and would highly recommend for anyone looking for good quality surf and turf. Definitely book in advance though.
