Easily the best view in Edinburgh. Go early to avoid the crowds. There aren’t stewards on the trail so those hikers without etiquette can make it less enjoyable when it is crowded.

One of my favourite places in Edinburgh. Great for a walk at the weekend with the dog. Always busy but never feels crowded on the tracks

Splendid view of the whole city, definitely worth a climb. The only problem seems to be many people crowing around the ‘seat’ (a stone actually)
