Hiked Goatfell then stopped here for a beer with my wife. Nice place. Good beer. Quiet. Bus stop is also right out front.

Guy behind the counter played on his phone throughout the time I was in the store not offering any information on the products. Most of the people in the store were wondering around aimlessly wondering the same as I was I suspect. Should be offering tastings and promoting the brand. As a craft brewery (which is code word for inconsistent beer) there should be more effort around the story of the beer and how it came to being. Blonde is pretty good, didn’t like the red ale or the premium beer. Haven’t opened the whiskey beer prices at £12 as yet but we will see.

Reasonably priced but I notice that the local shops and even Tesco has this beer but cheaper than in the brewery, nice to pay a little extra inside though with nice service and a nice place at the foot of the entrance to the path going up goatfell.

What self-excursion? What bottled beer tasting? An all this you have asked money for? Come and visit some Czech brewery. For the same price you will get into the brewery, with a guy who will guide you through. At the end unlimited beer tasting. Beer directly from the barrel or from the tap at least. Shame on you!
