Went into to get my phone looked at ended up Having to buy a new one. The staff were excellent. Showed me all the phones and prices I was interested in. Very helpful staff always have been. Great to finally have an Apple shop in Edinburgh 🙂

Amazing service! The Manager took the time to explain to me every single detail of the two models I wanted to see, then assign someone to complete the purchase and he was also great. My iPhone was not backed up and they transferred all my information into the new phone all the time offering a top service.

As all Apple stores, the staff are great, always helpful and the shop is really well looked after. They always have time for you and sometimes it's nice just to go and say hi to them!

Amazing store, right at the start of the town so no need to ask Christopher Columbus where the Apple store is. Neatly laid out and organised, always clean. Friendly and efficient staff. Feel sorry for the staff with all the Timmy time wasters that go in. I went in and out within 10mins with a new iPhone. Folk go in and start asking the staff about “this iMac” thinking they’re in McDonald’s, then once they’re told the price they’re out faster than usain bolt off the line.

I had an unexpectedly long visit to the Apple store after my phone got run over. Long story, and I ended up waiting for hours for my insurance company to contact me back. The staff couldn’t have been nicer, lent me a phone to call said company, fetched me glasses of water and were generally lovely. Nothing was too much trouble, and I walked away with a replacement phone and a generally happier feeling about the city!
