Giang:District 4 in Saigon is the heaven for all kinds of street foods especially snails. This place is one of my favorite spots in D4 whenever I have my snails craving.

Giang:Located in a small alley. This place is often packed with customers during dinner time so better be there around 5pm to get a good seat and avoid the crowd.

Giang:The only place that you can find colorful Phở noodles in Saigon. They colour their noodles by using all-natural food dyes such as magenta leaves, spiny bitter gourd, etc.

Giang:I'm not a vegetarian but if I feel like having a vegetarian meal, this is where I will go to. This budget friendly place is located right in the Bui Vien area so it's pretty easy to find. Make sure you double check the Lunar Calendar before visiting this place as it will be extremely crowded on the 1st, 15th and 30th every Lunar month.

Giang:Hủ Tiếu Nam Vang (Phnom Penh Noodle Soup) was brought to Southern Vietnam from Cambodia and became one of the most popular noodles soup here. Topped with boiled shrimp, pork, quail egg and pig offal, this bowl of goodness will keep you full all night long.

Giang:Bò lá lốt - Grilled Beef in Piper Lolot Leaves even recommended by famous food blogger Mark Wiens, you definitely should give this tiny shop a visit.

Giang:My typical weekend brunch: a bowl of Hủ Tiếu Bò Kho (vietnamese beef stew noodles) and a glass of Cà Phê Sữa (vietnamese iced milk coffee). This place is located in an alley right next to Nguyen Van Troi market. A bit off beaten path for tourist but if you would like to also experience how locals go shopping in a normal market in the morning and discover the streetfoods heaven in the afternoon starting around 3pm, here is the place you should check out.
