Inthakhin, Mae Taeng District, Chiang Mai 50150, Thailand
An amazing park made of temples. The brightest point we have visited in Chiang Mai district. Highly recommended!
Various and magnificent temple buildings Blue roof tiles can be used only on Royal temples. Hot days, bring thick socks the tile surface is very hot.
Such a lovely, tranquil and peaceful place. The temple is a joy to walk around. There is so much to see. From the wonderful architecture of the massive teak pillars in the wooden buildings to the huge Buddah lying down in another. Spending an hour or so wandering round looking at everything is well worthwhile. Remember to cover legs and stomachs. Sarongs are available to borrow at the entrance to help if you forget one. Enjoy.
Spread out over a large grounds, there are several different styles of temples and statues to marvel. If you want to make good karma for yourself then the staff will show you how to make donations and prayers. The place is a bit of a pilgrimage for thais so it's a great place to witness a bit of Thai Buddhism in practice.
This place is really clean with surprisingly big temples. Bigger than in Chiang Mai which was surprising to me. It’s pretty far out but you can pair this with “sticky waterfalls”.
