We had a personal tour guide walk us through The Grand Palace teaching us of the culture, religion, history and architecture. A wonderful place to learn of the history and culture of Thailand. A very busy place, many people were there during our visit. Well worth the time. Highly recommend personal tour guide. We had a group of 4.

Grand palace is awesome place to visit. Please bear in mind need to pay some entry fee. Be early as possible if too crowded then you cant experience good photography and enjoy the beauty of this place. This is near by to other tourist spots so better to plan in advance and cover all those at same time.

It's a bit overwhelming when you first enter the Grand Palace/Temple complex. Its just so beautiful with so much to see. But give it some time and you really begin to appreciate the true majesty of it all. This really is up there with the great religious sites on the planet. The detailing on the buildings and statutes is magnificent. Truly a must see when in Bangkok, a city with so many must see site. One of the greatest cities on earth....

I had limited time to visit this amazing palace before I departed from Bangkok last day of the conference at Ramada Menan. It is a great place to visit and to witness one of the well preserved buildings of the kingdom. I took a dew photographs but sorry to say that I had no time to buy a ticket and go further beyond ticket office. I am sure, what I saw within the surrounding walls of the palace is nothing, comparing what I missed inside. It is a spacious place, resembling the power of the Kingdom. I sure will make plans to visit this beautiful country, with delicious food, friendly people and history..
