I don't think the place lives up to its hype. Taste wise it's ok. There is nothing overtly spectacular about it and neither is there anything overtly wrong with it. The shop is small, and only provides for takeaway and it is reasonably fast in serving customers. Your takeaway pack has 3 types of rice and it sometimes can be a tad hard rather than chewy soft. The coconut cream is very good together with the crunchy Mung beans. At 350B it is more expensive than most joints.

Always my favorite local place for Thai traditional sticky rice & mango with coconut milk. Also this is most visited by tourists. The shop also have other Thai traditional deserts.

The Mango everything shop. Have a huge trade in to go packs of Mango Sticky Rice. You can see them constantly making them in the shop. Have very good dried mango as well. Is more pricey than other places, but safe bet for tasty mangoes.

I was told the sticky rice with mango here is quite popular in Bangkok. Perhaps it was for some people, but it's certainly not earning my vote. However, the dried mango is exceptional which next time if I have to stop by, this is absolutely the reason. Highly recommend to the enthusiasts who are really into the mango. And it was regrettable that I got two packs only, next time I'll reserve some extra space for them.

I stayed in Thonglor for 3 nights and I bought 4 packs of Mango Sticky Rice! This is an iron proof that this famous Thai dessert is incredibly delicious. Not expensive at all coz what you’ll get is the entire sliced mango, even the seed, coconut milk sauce, crunchy "rice", also sticky rice in original or assorted flavors.
