There is trail lead you from Maya Bay to this place. It is on the other side of Maya Bay. Sea is fantastic too. You can climb down the ladder to reach sea or use the small tunnel below the ladder to get to the sea.

This is a beautiful place... thankfully was not as crowded like Maya bay. Its a good spot for snorkeling... its quite safe and the staff was quite helpful. For first timers also, I would say its a must try. Follow instructions properly. Wear light. water friendly clothes and do not forget sunscreen.. Its a part of both full and half day tours... but check w\before you go.
