Staff were attentive and would do anything to help. Hotel was fabulous, we had a suite which was spacious and clean with fabulous views over the city. Breakfast was great, lots of different types of food. Swimming pool was clean with towels on hand. We had dinner in the sirocco restaurant with rooftop bar. Was absolutely amazing. Very expensive but for a special occasion not to be missed. A wonderful experience if we are ever in Bangkok again we would definitely stay here

Staff are very warm and provide great service. One particular staff member (Aries- assistant restaurant manager) was incredibly welcoming and went above & beyond to attend to our every need. Fantastic customer service!

Well, it’s hard to write this review because it was just so perfect. Beautiful hotel, big rooms, nice view to the river from the balcony, incredible breakfast. The service was so unbelievable perfect that I have no words for it. :) I recommend to download the grab app on your phone for taxis, it’s way cheaper than the tuktuks. And when you get a taxi on the street always ask for taxi meter. Also check out the restaurant on the other side from the hotel, they have the best food.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon during our portion in Bangkok and absolutely loved it here. The staff are very hospitable and welcoming. The rooms are exceptionally clean and the view from our 54th Tower Club room was fantastic. The breakfast buffet in the morning was amazing. We definitely recommend staying here if you come to Bangkok and want to splurge a bit on a wonderful hotel.

We love the spaciousness of the room and definitely the great view of the city and river from our room. The check in service was personalised. We sat on sofa while staff attended to our registration details and then passed us our keys. They also accompanied us to our room after our registration. This hotel is also located in an area with a nearby night market and many cheap and good eating places.
