Hin Tung, Mueang Nakhon Nayok District, Nakhon Nayok 26000, Thailand
A beautiful National Park, camping facilities, tent hire etc. toilets and showers, food places lots to see. Advise taking your own scooter to look round as it is vast and well worth exploring. 400 baht entry, good value for what you get. Food prices great. No alcohol allowed on site but I saw most people having a discreet beer and barbecue as it was a busy holiday weekend.
An easy 2.5 hours drive brings you to this national park which is nearest to Bangkok, tends to get very busy during the weekends. Best to visit on weekdays to avoid the crowd, enjoy the nature and fresh air. If you are lucky, you may come across roaming elephants in the park 👌
Very great experience! 2 full days of activities should be enough, though adding a 3rd would definitely increase chances of seeing what you came to see. The hike was the most exciting. Hearing the stomping of elephants while youre in the middle of the jungle. Be aware of intrusive monkeys and the main restaurant in the park closes around 6 pm.
It’s a great place to camping, trekking with beautiful nature. You can also see a nice view from the mountain top.
A beautiful national park which is being maintained very well! Summer times it’s obviously super hot and dry but other times it’s nicer.
