Huge lobby! Friendly receptionists. Very spacious room! Elegant facade and cozy corridors. Easy to access wifi. Complimentary fruits and water. Comfortable bed and pillows.

Came here for a seminar. I give quite good review mainly for the staffs who is very attentive and helpful. This is the first hotel I've been to that staff try to help me with my bress-milk pumping. Though they don't have a specific room for the purpose, unlike other hotel the staff let me us the spare room instead of bathroom (like other hotels did). For other services, the lunch was okay, the location is easy to access via the MRT.

Great hotel. Clean facilities. Friendly staff. Top notch gym facilities.The hotel is not new nor old, it is well maintained. The check-in and check-out was quite fast and the staff were attentive. The room service is also fast from requesting essentials that I need in my room to ordering food.I've stayed in many hotels but was surprised to see that Swissotel gym equipment is almost complete, just needed a lifting platform 😁 I love the banana treats after working out and is available in the gym for free. Everything is clean and well maintained and the pool area is not crowded.Tried the massage service too and the price is reasonable. Only one thing is that, the coffee shop at the lobby get a little warm in the afternoon if you want to hang out here because the aircon isn't strong enough. The buffet breakfast have a western and Asian selection and isn't a bad option to be honest. I just hope that they serve an ice coffee too 😅The location is accessible to train station and nearby malls and night Market.
