The stay was good but service at front desk need improvement especially the guy at front desk! Unwilling to help with luggage and expect tips from client! Not to compare but I would say customer service in Vietnam are far more superior than you guys so please go out and observe why people are better. I will be nice and still give 3 star thank you!

Simply I can say Awesome. Location is fantastic. Rooms are spacious. Staffs are good at service. Breakfast can be better spread and need change day to day. I strongly recommend this property.

Absolutely fantastic. Very clean very nice. Splash on Ocean view room because the view was to kill for. Bell boys and taxi staff are super nice. Close to lots of amazing food and literally 2 minute walk to Kata beach. Will happily return next time we come. you get a nice balcony with ocean views and 100b cocktails just outside the door. Small gripes - tv often broke and front of house staff could be more polite but not enough to remove a star

The resort located near to Kata Beach. The resort was neat and clean, properly managed. Room size is good. Architecture of the resort is fantastic. The hospitality was great. Breakfast was really good and have various national and international dishes from various cuisines. I recommend this resort to every one. Value for money resort.

awesome stay. it relaxes you to the core. with rooms and pools having the nearby beach view, it amazes you every time you step in or out. great hospitality as well.
