Her TA and Google reviews are 5-stars for good reason: She makes everything feel so effortless and allows you to see the REAL Thailand versus booking a large, impersonal bus tour. Amazing, amazing time. You will not regret scheduling time with her!

(March 2019) I don’t know where to begin. Mandy was excellent she got to us on time. Even though it was 5:30 in the morning she was waiting in our hotel lobby with a smile. she had all her paperwork situated on payment and that was a breeze. We took the train tour and it was incredible. She had the perfect spot at a Café to watch the train come by. We literally reached our hands out and could touch the train( it moves very slow) our next stop was to feed and take pictures with tigers. Then we made our way to the Grand Palace. she was so prepared from having toilet seat covers, hand sanitizer and every time we left the van and got back on the driver had it nice and cool and had a nice fresh cold hand towels waiting for us. this tour is amazing it was so amazing that some of our party are back in two weeks and they’re using Mandy again. She is everything!!

We've been to Thailand multiple times, and we continue to book with Mandy at Bangkok Guide Smile! Mandy is incredibly knowledgable about the history and culture of her country and can answer any questions you might have. She is upbeat, fun and being on tour with her is a true experience and pleasure. She LOVES food and can take you to the BEST Restaurants in all of Bangkok and will cater to your tastes. If you are going to Thailand for the 1st, 2nd or 5th time, you'll want to book a tour with Mandy. During our first trip we booked tours with her to familiarize ourselves with Bangkok, and then later we did some of the tours that were further outside the City. She is a superstar tour guide!

If you are looking to book a tour in Bangkok look no further! Mandy's tour from start to finish was exceptional! We booked a private tour that included: Wat Pho, The Grand Palace & The Emerald Buddha Temple, Wat Arun, Ayutthaya: Wat Mahathat, Wat Phrasrisanphet, Wat Lokayasuttharam, a local boat tour around Ayutthaya Historical Park, and Wat Chaiwatthanaram. Mandy has thought of everything! She was so knowledgeable about every place we visited. It's rare that we get any family photos on our family vacations and we have one at every place we visited. She knows the best angles and places to stand and takes amazing photos. Our driver was exceptional also. It is very hot in Bangkok in May. She would communicate with him and he would be there waiting with cold water and cold towels everytime he picked us up. She took us to a delicious place for lunch and helped us with our selections. She is so energetic and very professional and we hope to see her again someday in the USA 🇺🇸 for a visit. It was an amazing day in Bangkok! We definitely recommend Mandy and Bangkok Guide Smile for any tour in the Bangkok area! The picture below is a picture of our family and Mandy!

Best Bangkok Tour Guide with Mandy!!! We were sooo glad we booked Mandy for a two day tour. Our first day was an Ayutthaya and Floating train market tour. She was very professional and responsive with all our email correspondences. Expect to be WOW'd by Mandy... a bubbly and energetic guide that was very knowledgeable about all the historic facts about Ayutthaya. One thing we also loved about her was that she knew how to keep our group on a schedule. When you get my friends together, it's like herding cats. After a long day of walking around temples and train market we were brought back to our hotel in a comfortable private van. Such a great day!!! Our second day we did a night and day food tour at Klong Ladmayom food market and a night tour in Chinatown. A new day and a new stomach. If you're a food lover, make sure to try these tours with Mandy. As a native Bangkokian, she really knows the best things to try and eat. We had a huge spread of grilled meats, fish, papaya salad, sausages, amazing prawns, and noodles. We literally tried everything. Just when you thought you had no more room in your stomach we ventured out with Mandy to Chinatown where we had an awesome dinner spread on one of the side streets of seafood and Isan food.
