Hotel is nice with decent amenities but the location is not good. You won't find any good restaurants or mall nearby. It's near to the airport but takes almost 20 minutes. The best part is that they provide free shuttle service every 30 minutes to/from airport.

We enjoyed our stay. Excellent staff and close to the airport. Very clean rooms. Quiet. Comfortable beds. Beautiful water features and view from the restaurant. Only suggestion is to get the buffet. The food was good from the menu but you end up spending a lot ordering from the menu. I paid $200 for 1 coffee and a refill. The omelette was about $260 baht. It was good and well presented. My nephew ordered banana pancakes. They were small but very good. Enjoy your stay.! We did.

Quite decent 4 star airport hotel. Rooms are quite and reasonably well maintained. Breakfast is worth the 500 bath, gym is small but has good equipment. Pool is big and at a good location

Stayed here for almost 4 weeks during a biztrip One of the nicest hotel staff I’ve ever encountered. Very well equipped gym and superb breakfast. My room was spacious and clean, no complaints The only minus is location, nothing around except a small local night market and 7-11

Hotel looks nice and Comfortable. Not bad for airport transit hotel. My only issue was the staff at reception. They were not friendly and wanted to charge me extra for blue hair fudge stains on the white towels (can be removed completely from a normal wash or soak under hot water). My wife and I tried to explain this to them but they did not believe us and still wanted to charge us for damages. So we took it upon ourselves and washed it in the shower and showed them again and they still were not happy about the other brown stains left on the towel from the floor. We just went back and forth until they took the towel. That is the purpose of a white towel! And paying for house keeping. It can get dirty easily but it can also be washed easily with harsher methods! Just wanted to squeeze cash out from tourists. Also they charge extra for early check in, which is unheard of.
