Schlüsselgasse 8, 8001 Zürich, Switzerland
The Veltlinerkeller is one of the few leftover traditional restaurants with a long history. I love this place for fine dining in particular if I want to have a excellent piece of meat garnished with fresh veggies and crispy homemade fries. It's pricey but worth every cent and compared to other places actually a excellent deal.
We've been knowing this place for years. Each time we are back to Zurich we do have dinner here at least once. It is probably the best place in town to get familiar with traditional Swiss montagnard food. A superb environment and excellent service are included
.Wonderful small traditional restaurant with excellent food and cosy atmosphere. Not cheap usual price for Zurich. Generous portions and good wine list. Reservations recommended.
Food is excellent. Service was good but my glass had a broken tip. It was obviously replaced but I wasn't impressed that I didn't even receive a simple apology like :I am sorry.
Bit pricy but worth every penny. Very professional, friendly and skilled waitress. Gorgeous food, most of the menus are served in two goes. Good wines and deserts. Perfect for business dinner or dinners for two.
