Romantik Europe was a wonderful hotel. Excellent location in Zurich. So easy to access to the metro system to Airport and the local trams. Staff is wonderful and accommodating as well as very instructive to first time tourists. The rooms were lovely and we enjoyed the breakfast each morning as well as the one meal we ate in the hotel restaurant. We would gladly stay there again.

Property was really spacious and comfortable! Staff are very friendly and despite other reviews the breakfast is actually really nice! Fantastic location close to public transport and a walk able distance to all the major attractions! Thanks for an excellent stay! · Minor criticism that is often reflected in the reviews- should have a small fridge and some tea and coffee option in the room. Also there is "AC" but not really- if it is going to be above 30 degrees during your stay this is something to look out for.

The Romantik Hotel Europe is a beautiful, stylish, uniquely furnished and decorated hotel that leaves one feeling and appreciating the European culture and that of Switzerland. The sleeping rooms are picturesque. The hotel experience is top notch. And so are the staff. The leadership team managing the hotel are amazing! They are helpful, and personalize conversation and experiences to the individual. The restaurant team is very in touch with the customers -- kind and caring. A lovely experience from beginning to end -- it couldn't have been better!

Our stay could not have been more wonderful. Love the charm of this old building. The staff was fabulous. They were helpful with tours and local spots in town, everything we asked of them, they were able to answer. Breakfast was wonderful and served with a smile. Hotel is located in a perfect spot to walk to anywhere you need to go and the water is just a few short hops away.

Perfect stay! We liked out stay here a lot - the location is perfect - walking distance to major attractions without the noise of some of the other areas. The rooms were clean, large for the area, and very tradition. Staff was wonderful - they offered umbrellas, gave us tram tickets and made great suggestions. It was our honeymoon and they left us a tiny gift as well, which was very thoughtful. There is an elevator in the building which is a great plus and some rooms overlook the lake. Would stay again!
