One of the best museum experience I ever had. Start from the basement, I’ve never seen any museum with so many toilets that are so clean, lockers everywhere and for free, charging facilities is placed next to comfy sitting areas. The whole area is designed for people to get a good rest, the best of all the museums I’ve been to. Top floor is full of beautiful art pieces that showcase the Swedish society back then, which is great for art and history lovers, as the Swedish art is very unique compare with other European countries. Second floor is great to show the swedish history. The ground floor has a beautiful sculpture park

This is the Swedish national museum. Here you will find art from Swedish history several hundred years back. Its beautifully restored an easily accessed from central Stockholm. - A must!

It is free entrance to everything except some temporary exhibitions. The museum is newly renovated and very fresh. I think the building is worth a visit itself, even if you aren't interested in the art. Plenty of bathrooms in the basement and there is lockers to leave your stuff. The museum has a cafe and restaurant right at the entrance, it has a very cool design and you can go to the museum just to eat or have a fika.

Outstanding museum, pictures of great painters (go and check out which😉), excellent glass work, unusual jewelry, old library is a place to see in and browse through catalogues. I liked one with Nordic landscapes the best🙂 Last, but not least, free entrance😏

Beautiful museum with so much to see and explore, almost too much and definitely not a museum to cover in one day, the free entrance is a blessing so one can split a The temporary exhibitions are worth a special visit but one must buy a ticket to enter. The little patio with a collection of marble Sculptors in the ground floor is beautiful and so is the water front opposite the main entrance.
