Pools are nice and the spa is nicely decorated and situated inside the hotel. The packages they offer are cheap but for a reason. They offer massages which feel like somebody is spreading sun cream. After 20’ of the 50’ massage i bought i walked away. It costs much less than in the uk but the quality is far from where it should be. Very amateurish approach to massages. Not much willingness to really make it up from the staff after i expressed my disappointment. I guess they are used to tourism traffic and hence there is not attention to customer loyalty. For me it is a no go.

La experiencia ha sido buena. Íbamos buscando algo de relax, y para lo que buscábamos ha sido perfecto. La entrada por el hotel ha sido un poco dificultosa. No vienen carteles en los pasillo. La travesía es muy bonita.
