Avoid this business at all costs. We booked an excursion trip with them, only to find they never actually scheduled the bus. After waiting for an hour and three phone calls with them, they finally said the bus would not come. When we returned to their office for a refund, their staff was extremely rude to us, interrupting, waving their hands in our face, starting arguments. I don’t leave reviews often, but this experience was so frustrating, I thought I should warn any potential new customers.

AVOID THIS PLACE! Extremely rude staff. They get your money for fraud excursion trips. They bus never shows up and when you ask for your refund they shout at you and say we are not responsible for refunds and you have to go to the "company". There is of course no "company". They ruined our day.
