Jeff Koons' iconic puppy was not meant to be a permanent feature but it was really adopted by the citizens. A true living piece of art, it changes throughout the year. One word of warning. Getting a good photo of the puppy (especially with your loved ones) is somewhat challenging.

An inspiring and beautiful statue. While it is very eye catching, it is also worth watching those around it.
