Very nice and kind people working there, akwaya ready to help. My daughter and wife eat gluten free, everything is ready for that. I recommend it

It takes literally one hour of queueing to get your room - and we have a reservation that we already paid for! I would have thought that after being closed for so long they would be ready for the crowd, but oh no. And while you have a long queue of guests waiting, the receptionist ladies are casually chatting. I will make sure not to recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel is inside the park, a short walk from the park, it is a lovely hotel, helpful staff, only problem was we had a issue with the air con. The rooms are good, everything you need.

Great deal for 2 days park tickets including 1 day ferari land and overnight stay. 2 min walk into park. Very clean accommodation rooms bigger than I expected

The rooms are not like what are shown on the website, old bed sheets like you would find in a nursing home. The location is good and the hotel looks nice from the outside, however I would never recommend for anyone to go into the rooms as they are diabolical and in need of upgrading.
