Very nice hotel near the station and the park. Very big pool. Decent breakfast. A very good option for kids. All very good and very helpful service. Great.

Nice looking and clean hotel. Nice pool but with some weird rules (it is not allowed to stand in the pool while wearing sunglasses?!?). No healthy food options for lunch in the entire resort, only a junk food buffet.

Whilst much about Hotel El Paso is admiral it falls short in a few key areas which you should consider when planning a trip. Firstly, the hotel suffers from significant water issues meaning bedrooms lose all water for entire days. With children this is quite a big problem given that the pool is the only place to wash and one can't wash milk bottles. Secondly they have made service level changes which mean some areas of the hotel have reduced hours or are closed all together. The reception team are understaffed and rarely answer the phone at all, or only after multiple calls. We were eventually moved to another room (so that we might have some water) but it took an hour before a porter could assist us. An hour might not sound like too long but it is when you should be in the pool or the park instead. Portaventura is a great place but you should consider staying elsewhere

1 star is about the food in a buffet. 25 euros for adult and 12 for child. This kind of junk food would be worth 5.. No fridges in rooms.. All the rest 3 stars.. Just bring canned food with you, will be much cheaper and much tastier

It's a nice hotel. The best is that really you can feel that you are in Mexico, because of the decoration, the employees costumes, the pool has real sand and the is a sunk pirate boat. Th only problem, is that i was expecting more Mexican food. Perfect place to visit PortAventuraWorld.
