Beautiful beach and definitely quiter. We got here around 8am and it was still hot and stayed until 10am. There was plenty of parking around the area and along the road parallel to the beach there was free parking.
That beach is located in Valencia city, well not in the center but a bit more at the end. Very local spot. Very different than the beach in the Marina area where you find many more tourists . Few places to drink and eat. In the summer season from June to September also few bars located on the beach.
The area is flat and accessible, with little parks for children. The beach is long and wide, with space for everyone with lounger and bars nearby. During our time there, August 2018, the sea was wild and choppy, not calm at all for young children. This
Beautiful. 5 km of sand. Nice cafeterias.
Better than Malvarrossa because it has nice beach bars which are open late and serve food and beer on tap. The sea is quite clean for a beach so close to the city.
