Wish I could remember the girl who helped us order ice cream but she was so kind and suggested toppings that would complement the ice cream flavors that we chose. I had chocolate with strawberries and I’ve been dreaming about it ever since. The prices are normal for a gelato place (generally more than regular old ice cream), but the location and staff are lovely and the gelato is heavenly.

Mistura is without any doubt one of my favourite ice cream places in Madrid. They offer a number of delicious flavours (all made by themselves) that you may combine with different add-ons. They manually mix your chosen ingredients with your favourite ice cream so a new product is created for you in front of your eyes. They only use first class ingredients so the overall quality is superb.
