Calle Taywan, 14, 03503 Benidorm, Alicante, Spain
We have been coming to the Benidorm area for around 15 years, staying with family inland about 12km away. Finally moved over in late 2020 and this was on my list of 'to do'. So in lockdown we drove up one thursday and what a drive. At the top there is just a little turn around, so you will have to park on the road. But the views are magic, who cares if most of it is Benidorm, from the top its all spread out below you. The cross is a little difficult to reach as the path is quite worn. Would I go again? Yes and I'd pick a stormy day as well.
Stunning views of the 2 Benidorm beaches! Parking is very limited and most cars are parked along the road. So drive up slowly. Also the steps to the top of the Cross are badly worn, so wear good shoes.
La Cruz is a very Interesting historical place to visit, great views from the peak and good exercise from finestrat beachfront(ps take water on sunny days)
worth the taxi up, or the dander, steep but best views of benidorm
Amazing view of Benidorm and a beautiful cross. The trip to the cross is just a amazing place, you should go there.
