Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Hired a Cannondale synapse for a day for a ride up to Vilaflor. Bike was immaculate and well set up. Can even hire a helmet for 3euros. Picked the bike up the evening before (after 6pm) so was ready to go before it got too hot. Highly recommended.

Staff are very friendly and accommodating and explain how the process works especially for first time bike renters like me. Bike looked like new and worked flawlessly. Route was challenging as well and guide explained the course really well. He kept us all together even during the hard climbs and was accomodation by having stops and coffee breaks as requested by the group. Overall a great day. Will certainly come back to Free Motion again during current vacation and in the future.

I hired a Cannondale synapse for one day to climb the Teide through Arona and Vilaflor course. Bike pretty new with the only minor flaw of a loose rear wheel. I could tighten it during the course and problem fixed. Personnel of the shop super kind and helpful. I would highly recommend to use the services of this shop. I will do it next time that I go to the island. I recommend to bring a multi-tool, as it is not provided with the bike and it is always something useful to have it case of problems, the rest is provided by the shop (pump, tubes, tools for removing tire)

I found Free Motion on the internet searching for a quality mountain bike during my vacation in Tenerife. I rented a hardtail for a day and apart from cosmetic flaws it worked perfectly: it was almost new and well equipped. The staff was friendly and smiling. Unfortunately, on my return the mechanic found a broken component that I had not touched. Having no proof other than giving my word that I had not caused the damage, fortunately they were kind saying that the damage had perhaps not been noticed before or could even happen alone riding the bike. There's also an optional insurance but I didn't choose it because I didn't plan an extreme ride for that day. It was the first time I rented a bike and maybe for the future it would be better to insure it to stay unworried.
