The place is amazing - well decorated and a vibrant environment. However, the service is a disgrace. A waiter asked me to move saying "Mira, quita de ahí". Then it took a very long time to be served while waiters were having arguments in the bar. Finally, they served us 4 gin tonics quite badly and refused to serve a coffee for a friend who doesn't drink alcohol. The place is cool but I don't think I'll come back. Lots to improve.

Very nice place with a lovely roof terrace. Food is very tasty, good ambient, amazing Sangria. But also as it is very cool bar, in the evenings it's a bit difficult to find a table.

So initially we went in because the mood and ambience seemed nice. The music was upbeat and the place was packed. The first 20 mins were amazing, good mood, good music and drinks. Then, we ordered the food, which was surprisingly bad. I understand pricey and good but this was pricey and bad. Moreover, the waiter told us off for ordering drinks from his colleagues. He said to order only from him when there were 4 different waiters coming to the table to ask if we wanted drinks. In general, it seems the staff are untrained and arrogant. Wouldn't go there again.

Terrible service, we ordered drinks and left without ordering any food (even though we were hungry). We were a group of 10 and had 3 toddlers with strollers and waited until a couple of tables were free. The waitress was incredibly rude to us when she saw us take up 3 tables in the terrace, then even more rude when we asked for the menu (she said "your tables already had menus before you moved the tables" and proceeded to bring them with a sour face). Then we asked for some potatoe chips for the kids while we asked for food and she said NO, that we needed to ask for everything at the same time. It was like if we were bothering her all the time. We put a complaint, but if you're waiting tables, politeness should be the bare minimum.
