The rooms have to be renewed since they are too dated. The cleaning level is very very low. I asked many times to clean better the room without particular results. Same conditions in the swimming pool (to be better maintained). Good position but it isn’t a comfortable hotel. Definitely, poor value for money...for sure in August!

The rooms that we stayed were just excellent. We had a nice time in Ibiza, also from the great rooms that we stayed. The swimming pool was the best starting point for the beginning of the day. We had a minor issue and the staff dealt with it super professionaly. We are very glad that we stayed at Playasol Jabeque.

Booked a room based on photos. Room shown had ocean view. Room provided was on first floor. View of street and back of hotel and street. Worse, right by kitchen door - TONS of noise in the morning. Don't get me started on smell.. WiFi in room failed.. could not even load basic web site. Had to go to hallway to use. Water was leaking from wall. Don't know why or from where. Room booked for 3 of us, but supplies (towels, kitchen utensils, etc) only provided for 2.. as in 2 forks. 2 plates. etc. After speaking with 2 different managers, and 5 hours of waiting, we were booked in a room which matched photos. Nice, but a) Same issues on supplies and missing amenities as first room. and b) No recompense of any kind for 1st of 3 night stay being so botched. Not even a breakfast coupon. c) Front desk kept inquiring into how happy we are now that we have nice room. Not feeling real happy. Elevator mostly failed. Many times it would never move - even after 10 minutes of waiting. Carrying luggage for 3 up 10 flights of stairs to 5th floor new room sucked. No help or bell service offered or visible. Service was worst I've ever received at a hotel. Aside from items mentioned already. We called 4 times for missing amenities, blankets, towels, etc. Each time front desk promised someone would deliver within 30 minutes. 30 minutes seems long.. but never, which was the actual case, is even longer. TVs are a joke. Channel guide printed out. But only a few channels actually received. TVs have HDMI plugs, but TVs are locked down so that you cannot plug anything into them.. so only the few Spanish channels are available. Beds are extremely hard. Pillows long, thin, and impossible to get into any sort of comfortable position. All in all, worst hotel stay in my 30+ years travel. To think I actually paid more than other options in the area is salt in the wound. I would have gladly paid much more to stay somewhere else.

This place is a joke!! Not clean, level of service is close to 0, breakfast is a like in a youth hostel... There are just lucky to be located in Ibiza otherwise they would be bankrupt! Escape.
