If you are in Valencia and love nature and dusk then please please take some time to visit this place. An absolutely panoramic view of the sun setting at the end of lake filled horizon. You can also book a boat to yourself to view the sunset. If lucky, you may encounter with the park’s own wildlife that trails like a jungle safari. This is the most enchanting evening spend I had in Valencia. Seriously, don’t miss it.

2 hours waiting to come arriving at 7.00pm then all restaurants are closed ezcept one. And the only bus back is at 9.00pm. So no sunset just eat and go back 😣😣

staying at campsite Valencia El Saler, there is an entrance to parc Albufeira across the road. Quiet, only few other cyclists or pedestrians (OK, it is February now but perfect sunny weather). Paved wide cycle paths, immediately in the middle of nature. Also wooden path over the swamps where you can walk or cycle. Large, beautiful and a welcome alternative to the crowded city.

A must go if you are in Valencia, worth the trip. Take the boat, bike around, and have a paella with "socarrat".

First of all we wanted to do a walk as we saw it online but because we decided to go by bus as we had a 3 days pass from Valencia airport it was really confusing. The walks starts before going to the village El Palmar so if you plan to go by bus better stop at “Embarcador de L’Albufera”. We asked the driver but he was a bit rude not to mention that he closed the doors and left. In june bus no. 25 the only one that gets you there it comes really slow, we waited around an hour. Funny enough this bus goes in 2 different places as we saw on google but it’s really easy to get confused: one that goes to El Palmar and the other to El Perella ( its written in front of the bus). The one to El Perella runs every 30 min, it should’ve been the other way as many people wanted to visit El Palmar and on our way back to Valencia was really crowded and hot as it was the last bus at 19:30 (at least that’s what someone mentioned to us). We ended up not having time to do the walk so better rent a bike. If you do decide to go by buss from Valencia the bus stop is at 5, Avinguda de Navarro Reverter ( I added a photo) and you should see a roundabout with Plaça de Mar cross.
