Absolutely fantastic experience! Great selection of starters and I loved the variety of meats. It well deserves the title as best restaurant in Camps Bay. We had a 20+ guest table where our drinks were never left unfilled from the champagne we brought. The steaks were explained in great detail to us and all our food arrived hot and at the same time. Fantastic! Thank you for the complementary chocolate treats near the end. I will definitely be bringing people here again!

After hearing about the so called "best" steak in Cape Town, we decided to take our foreign friends to The Hussar Grill... Huge mistake. For starters we had the Caesar salad which came with egg in it, not stated on the menu but who even does that?! For mains we had steak... Obviously. Every person ordered medium steaks that came out very undercooked and was very raw inside. The only person who ordered a rare steak got it overdone.. What a joke! We even had to send one of the steaks back three times with the manager who didn't help much either! Consequently we decided to leave before dessert. What a disaster, the Chef there is completely incompetent, I can cook better steak on my Braai. We will not be going back.

Highly recommended steak house, with great ambience, good service, and truly fantastic steaks. Perfect for special occasions or romantic dinners. Nice wine selection. Well worth a visit for those fabulous steaks.

Everything we ordered was delicious, I recommend the chicken you have to try it. The place is very popular and crowded even during the week days so I think it would be better to make reservations. The service is excellent.
