I'm not trying to talk bad about this hospital but unfortunately I cannot recommend it to anyone. The treatment from other staff members to the kitchen staff is pathetic. Kitchen staff come and drop food below the bed and leave even without waking you up as a patient. You make an order and wrong or incomplete food is delivered. I feel even the hospital staff is short staffed.

I hate rating badly, but if i could rate it 0 stars i would!!!!!!! From blood in labor ward (not mine) and faulty equipment, to being admitted for wrong proceedure and wrong dr thank goodness i read my file before surgery, had to tell nurse more than once i think they made a mistake before she called someone else to talk to me!! To case managers who dont update admissions causing massive issues with medical aid payments going on 2 months now!!! Dont even bother conplaining to day or night managers you are just wasting your breath, they will not get back to you. Only time someone actually called me was after i told my dr, who then complained to hospital!!!

Thanks to all the staff they gave me the food was great I can not complain.

Alberlito takes forever to answer and then i got put through to the accounts department and they EVENTUALLY answered 5mins later.

The hospital is great. The only complaint or suggestion is if you get a member of SAPS in the same ròom as you, GET OUT/FORCE DISCHARGE yourself or pay for a PRIVATE ROOM as you will never get to rest/sleep. They dont bother with the visiting hours for SAPS
