A beautiful place for picnics, walking, hiking, bird watching. If you aren't that adventurous then there is a lovely restaurant right at the end of the road - Val bonne. Food & coffee good. Highly recommend for a day out in the fresh air.

I loved this place. It's a hidden gem. There are 2 family sized lapas. They are unfortunately first come first serve. You are able to fish here. You can have a braai or a picnic. There is a kiddies play area as well.

I mountain bike at the reserve, there’s some great trails, however I’ve also done most of the walking trails which are also great, there are some very picturesque areas near to the streams, the picnic area is also a nice place to sit and chill, I’d recommend it to everyone👍

Nice tranquil and safe place to hike and picnic. The hiking was fabulous along the river after the recent rains.

A beautiful walk, a must for cyclists. The place is well kept. The chill/picnic area is so amazing. The bird life here is heavenly. A must visit. The hike is really a walk but it's enjoyable. Bring your little ones
