2 Marine Dr, Table View, Cape Town, 7441, South Africa
One of my favourite beaches in Cape Town. Love being at this beach, love walking at this beach. The people at this place is always friendly and the view is amazing. I like going to the local shops and restaurants. My wife and I love to have Sundays lunch and then to take a walk along the beach. We love meeting new people and it is amazing to see so many people at this beach. You will always find me there. Hope to see you guys there too.
The sunset was quite beautiful. The beach has white sand and at the time emerald sea and a great view of the table. It felt safe and there weren’t too many people in winter. We visited in June. There is a main road behind the beach with plenty of cars passing at all times. If you’re looking for peace and tranquility then maybe look further north.
This beach has lovely family vibes. Perfect for family walks while enjoying ice cream. Whether you want to have a walk, jog or cycle, you will fit in perfectly. It is also a kite surfers paradise
It’s a beach. It’s a cold, windy beach, but not in a bad way. Good view of Table Mountain. A bounty of stores and restaurants from takeout to an actual sit-down-and-look-at-the-waves situation. The beach is relatively flat. I haven’t had to climb any rocks, so that’s nice. It’s also easily accessible. Sometimes you’ll see a seal. The water’s nice for summer days. By that I mean is freezing. But not toooo bad. Will attach photo of my feet in water as proof. Bloubergstrand Beach has varying degrees of business from “oh look, it’s just me”, to “that’s a lot of people, I’ll just stand back here”. Overall, it’s a good time. Highly recommend.
I always get great views of the mountains and the sea. If you want to catch a glimpse of the sunset, this location is a good one to see it.
