Excellent customer service and welcoming staff who are genuinely nice, smiley and easy to talk. Natália, was the receptionist who we were lucky to have. She spoke perfect English and provided us with useful information about the city. Breakfast in this hotel is probably the best I have had in a hotel from this category. Ingredients of quality and variety of dishes. Since the city is small, I strongly recommend to use the parking when coming by car. The hotel is well located, with a reasonable distance from city centre to walk or less than 5€ ride with a taxi.

A very nice hotel, clean, quiet, well appointed rooms. The location near the train station is helpful. One of the wait staff could use better manners. All in all I would stay there again.

Stay only for 1 night as part of 2 week group tour. The hotel & room was very clean & upscale. Bar & restaurant in the lobby were very good, dinner food menu has good variety & the bar was very well stocked - mixed coctail was not a foreign concept. Buffet Breakfast served in area off the lobby & also very good. The huge disappointment was the bathroom in our room. The bathtub/shower was in a clear glass aquarium! I don't care to bath or shower with see through glass rather than having walls, so for modest folk this is a huge problem. There is a shade on the outside of the glass that only covers one of the two exposed sides & a full wall to floor mirror opposite the glass side that remains exposed! Luckily, my roomie was my best friend & we are not modest in front of one another, however if I were rooming with someone I had just met on this group tour not sure I would have been happy. Also the tub was so high you practically needed a step stool to get in once in the tub was very slippery. Big negative for the bathroom. The linens & bed were very comfortable, all in all nice place very clean, but I would not stay again unless they had a different bathroom setup.

This is a really well situated and equipped hotel. The rooms are clean and the beds are quite comfy. The AC unit can't be turned off and hums constantly though and it's a little strange that the bathroom has a large glass wall connected to the bedroom area. Sometimes, the toilet is in the bathroom too and you can literally sit on the toilet and see to another hotel room across the inner courtyard. Fortunately you can draw the curtains 😁 The breakfasts aren't really ready for vegan guests, though there are some options like soy milk and cereals, coffee, fruit juice and baked tomatoes. Even with the quirky room design, I enjoy staying here a lot.

Amazing fresh hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were even surprised with a cheeky honeymoon gift. Thanks for a great stay Bratislava. Hopefully see you again soon
